Casa Arsella is also an excellent starting point to visit Tuscany as the main cities of art Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena are at maximum 1 hour away by car/train and very easy to reach. Open all year round, in february during carnival “Carnevale di Viareggio“, Villa Rosa dei Venti being located in the hearth of the carnival path, will give you the unic opportunity to fully enjoy this fascinating experience.

☺Abbiamo trascorso qui una sola notte, posto vicino alla passeggiata di Viareggio, staff gentilissimo e disponibile. La camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno abbastanza ampio. Al momento della recensione non fornisce il servizio colazione ma in camera abbiamo trovato macchina da caffè espresso, bollitore, microonde, merendine, biscotti, tisane, e acqua in frigo. Insomma non ci siamo sentiti soli, bravi!

☹La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato ha i condizionatori ma ci hanno detto (appena dopo la prenotazione, molto corretti!) che non erano usufruibili. Per noi non è stato un grosso problema perché il clima era gradevole, di luglio da valutare…
Da dire anche che comunque la camera era dotata di un bel ventilatore.

☺ The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. We had a nice view of the sea from the balcony. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, we got along great. We definitely recommend this place.

☺Rewelacyjne miejsce na krótki wyjazd nad morze. Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, miła atmosfera. Apartament przestronny, łóżka wygodne. Nie było klimatyzacji ale otwarty balkon w nocy był wystarczający. Bardzo przyjazna właścicielka. Służyła nam pomocą i udzieliła kilku rekomendacji.

 9,0 ☺Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare, perfetta pulizia. La camera non e' grandissima ma lo spazio sufficiente per una breve vacanza. Bellissimo il balconcino con vista mare parziale. Lo staff gentilissimo, consiglio questo posto!

 10 ☺Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Un accueil chaleureux de Luciana qui cure le moindre détail pour faire sentir ses invités comme à la maison. Chambre fonctionnelle, bien équipée et propre avec, en sus, une petite terrasse privée. La structure est à 150 mètres de la plage, à deux pas du parc et 10 minutes de la gare. Elle connaît parfaitement Viareggio et donne d’excellents conseils pour les restaurants, plages et autres lieux. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.
